Why I founded Altigad
I founded Altigad after watching leaders spend their time putting out fires in organizations where growth had outpaced visibility and no job description could name the real problem. I don’t arrive with assumptions or a prefab framework; I lead with curiosity to bring fragmented data and operational reality together, and turn that into progress and strategy. I care about making things easier for good people doing important work—and I learn alongside them in every engagement.
My approach combines observation, stakeholder conversations, workflow and rigorous data analysis, paired with operational context. I’m often asked to step in when a problem crosses departments or functions, information is fragmented, growth is creating friction, or there is no clear scope—but leadership needs a high-autonomy contributor to investigate and move a priority forward.
