Jacob Allen Freitag

You have the people.

You have the data.

You have the experience.

I look to surface the insights that allow you to focus on momentum—not maintenance.

"Jacob came in to assess cross-functional workflows. Within two weeks, he was using our own data to surface risks and bring clarity to processes we hadn't examined closely. He built trust quickly and focused on internal realities—not external frameworks. I'd recommend him to companies growing quickly or needing analytical and operational support."

How I Work

I don’t arrive with frameworks or slide decks. I embed—working inside existing systems, engaging with data, and identifying the people whose knowledge shapes how work actually moves.

You might arrive with a defined problem. Other times, you may have a hunch that something isn’t lining up—but can’t yet say where or why. I work in both situations.

My focus is visibility: surfacing risk and opportunity, clarifying what matters, and helping leaders decide where to act, where to wait, and where to stop.

Start with the data. Review the process. Work with the people.

Let's figure out if I can help.
