Dr. Dominic Warrino is a distinguished immunologist and life sciences leader with over 20 years of expertise in pharmaceutical development, regulatory strategy, and scientific operations. He currently serves as Senior Director of Scientific Services at KCAS Bio, where he leads technical strategy, client engagement, and regulatory compliance across bioanalytical programs.

Dr. Warrino holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and has directed scientific operations across multiple life sciences organizations. His expertise spans biologics development, immunogenicity assessment, regulatory compliance (GLP/GCP), and strategic program design for pre-clinical through Phase III development.

He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and contributed to FDA 510(k) approvals. As a strategic advisor, Dr. Warrino provides guidance on scientific strategy, regulatory pathways, federal funding opportunities, and business development for early-stage life sciences companies.
